I returned items to In the Style on 4th June and have yet to receive my £60 refund. Despite sending multiple emails to customer service, I was told to contact the complaints team who would respond within 72 hours – weeks later, I am still waiting for even an acknowledgement. Extremely poor service. If this is not resolved by the end of the month, I will be forced to take further action.
