I purchased a number of dresses for my bridesmaids for my wedding. Upon inspection of the dresses it was apparent that some of the dresses were made from different materials to the others. I spoke with Inthestyle via Instagram who assured me I could return the dresses and they would issues a refund. This was following them admitting that dresses in the same style, but different sizes are made by different suppliers hence they were happy to refund due to the differences across sizes. I returned the dresses and purchased alternatives from them in the meantime….the refund did not come. I have chased them several times and have been advised by them to do a chargeback with my bank, which they won’t issue as it was over 180 days old since I’ve been back and forth with Inthestyle for so long. I’m disgusted that I’ve paid for items, been advised by the company that they will issue a refund, returned the items and have not received a refund. Zero items, zero money returned, zero customer service and care for their customers. Avoid this company at all costs!
