I purchased from In the style back in May, when I tried to return my items the returns portal was down. I contacted customer services and was eventually sent a returns QR code. I returned the items and had confirmation that this had been received by ITS on the 4th July. I’ve chased countless times since then and keep being told my refund has been issued and should be with me. I’ve now emailed a further two times asking to have this escalated as no refund has been received and now my emails aren’t being answered. I’m left with no items and no money back.
