I would give zero stars if I could. Device is faulty considering battery drainage, problems occurring often, and continuous problems with it. Customer support would rather argue with you than work with you, though they take notes on each phonecall none of them could recall past phonecall until it benefitted them. As well, inhaling after blowing into is highly unsanitary
