The more accurate reviews are on Reddit. I personally documented them lying and changing their stories and the towns of which violations are occur. I made three phone calls in 20 minutes and got three different answers. After that I started recording my conversations with them. I had even documented that they have changed the time of which the violations have occurred. After sending them documentation that my car was in the body shop during the time they gave me of when the violation occurred. I had to submit a form to them to send to the state document in the car was in the Body shop strangely enough the time changed to be after the work was completed. Just because the work completed does not mean that I picked up the car. In fact, the battery was dead on my car and could not be started. I logged to phone calls on the day of the violation to let them know what was going on with my car and the device. When you call customer service ask them about any specific notes about any specific call to them. They cannot tell you. Once you're compliance the review is done. You will get an email from them and it will say the compliance department with a different number. That number only route you to customer service if you ask to speak to the compliance department they will tell you you can not speak to them. You can only email them and a response does not happen within 3 days but at 3 days. They will remove any negative post. Contacting the law firm that started a lawsuit 2 years ago.
You only have issues when it's time to get device removed.They will have violations to extend the lease contract.
Violation on 06/04/25. Car in body shop. I have documentation from body shop my car was not started until after 5pm as they had to replace the battery. I recorded the phone call on 02/25/26. Rep argued car was successfully started at 4:31pm. I called at 4:55pm battery dead and syncing issue. I called again at 5:21pm after car was started. The final calibrations cover a 120 clear history. Final 3rd Calibration was 01/30/26. First calibration on 10/24/25 was not listed. Second final as 12/9/25. COMPLIANT. After my phone call on 02/25/06 with rep, I logged into my account and engaged with live rep chat. He confirmed the 2 errors, power interruption and syncing error and that i had called noted 4:59pm. I took screenshots. I then asked specifically about the tampering/camera obstruction and he stated “this is not a violation”. The camera was upside down and i turned right side up. The camera got turned upside down when the technicians had to manually roll my car when the battery died. Due to this false violation, Intoxalock has extended my lease for 4 months. Per the state i should have had the device remove on 02/08/26 until this false information was reported. This needs to be fixed and my device removed and any money charged after 02/08/26 refunded. I’ve submitted all documentation to the state of Tennessee. This is FRAUD.
