John, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He managed to make the entire experience fun and enjoyable. He engaged with all of us and really took a keen interest in what we were getting out of the tour. He was flexible and even managed to alter our itinerary to squeeze in a trip up to the top of Mt. Wellington a day ahead of schedule due to rain forecast for the following morning. Based on our experience with this trip we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Intrepid.
