I had a deeply disappointing experience with the service. I participated in the east coast tour starting from Brisbane, and I was repeatedly assured over the phone (before booking) that no one would know each other. Unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue. I joined the tour group midway, while everyone else had come from another location. I felt isolated, and despite my efforts to engage, nobody would converse with me. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in this situation. There were many other issues during the tour as well—best to steer clear of this travel company!
