This lot keep crowing on about their customer service awards but they treat their victims with contempt, waited 30 mins in the phone, no answer. All I wanted was their bank details for a payment. tried logging into the portal instead, it said my details were wrong.
Can you stop sending members of the public fraudulent text and document please. I've just received a text saying I have and account and I need to sign in to make payments are you not knowing that this is criminal activity? As far as i am concerned I have no business with INTRUM and never done any with INTRUM so who gave you consent ? This place needs to be locked down.
The company uses bullying tactics to very vulnerable and very ill people.. I never received any paperwork and yet this unethical company entered a CCJ without any notice !! I am a very vulnerable and ill person having been in a serious accident . This company also using unethical threatening tactics. I will report them to the FCA for unethical practices. The company is in breach of Equality Act 2010, and FCA Customer Duty and Vulnerability Guidance and FCA Principles for Business.
