This has been extremely disappointing and has left me feeling stressed and anxious.
I requested a withdrawal of R4200 four days ago, but they have refused to release my funds. It’s been a frustrating experience, and I plan to avoid this service in the future. They consistently create problems when it comes to withdrawals; previously, it took them four days to process my R66,000 withdrawal from earlier this year.
