I have been participating in auctions with reputable houses for over 30 years without any issues. However, after successfully bidding on this platform for the first time in November, I received an invoice and paid promptly. When I later applied to register with another auction house, I was informed that my application was declined due to being placed on a universal no-bid list by the service. How can this happen to someone with a flawless record? I attempted to contact them multiple times, but they never replied, despite providing reference numbers confirming receipt of my complaint. This suggests questionable business practices. Other platforms respond much quicker. Be cautious with your payment details, as they do not allow account deletion, even if you wish to cancel. If I find the right legal representation, I might consider pursuing a defamation case.
