I attempted to contact the platform multiple times, but they never responded, despite providing several reference numbers and assurances of a reply. This suggests questionable business practices. Other auction sites respond quickly, unlike this one. Be cautious about sharing your payment information, as they do not allow account deletion even if you wish to close it. If I find the right legal counsel, I would seriously consider pursuing a defamation case.
