Caution. The service can place you on a no-bid list for no apparent reason. It's arbitrary, and I was informed there is no way to challenge it. After registering and winning a $3,000 item, I suddenly found myself on a no-bid list. Customer service claimed there was no way to override this and provided various excuses about the automated process. I actively participate in multiple online auction platforms and spend significantly on collectibles. Being treated this way without any resolution options is ridiculous. Customer service only gives automated responses, leaving you no way forward. My experience with this platform has been terrible.
