I have been participating in top auction houses without any problems for the last 30 years. However, in November this year, I successfully bid on a platform for the first time as a registered bidder, received an invoice, and paid promptly. When I later applied for registration with another auction house, they informed me that my request was declined due to being placed on a Universal no bids list by the platform. How can this happen to someone with a perfect record? I attempted to contact the platform multiple times, but they never responded, despite providing several reference numbers and assurances of a reply. This suggests questionable business practices. Other auction sites respond quickly, unlike this one. Be cautious about sharing your payment information, as they do not allow account deletion even if you wish to close it. If I find the right legal counsel, I would seriously consider pursuing a defamation case.
