I surf InvestorLift quite often for off market properties, but experienced my first interaction with an individual today (someone by the name of Chris) who claimed to work for a wholesale company. BUYER BEWARE. Watch out for daisychains! These guys wouldn’t even allow for a proper inspection, suggested that I bring a contractor to inspect (no problem) — with no ratified contract in place!! They never presented a contract. I presented highest offer and after wasting my time for two days, informed me they were going with another buyer (smh). The only focus was how fast they could close the deal (and I mean unrealistically fast). Individuals such as this are only looking for fools, not saavy investors. If you receive any texts from a guy named Chris—PASS and do not reply. Incompetent at best.
