I requested information on one of the properties and requested to gain access. The morning came that I was supposed to view the property and it was no longer on your site but I was still contacted by the original person that indicated the property was still for sale. I told them I could still view the property. They told me that was great and to just tell seller that I worked for some company that I did not work for and that I was there to address renovations which I was not. I explained to them that was shady and I have to many licenses to lie to people. Makes me wonder what kind of business is conducted on this site.
This site is essentially is a must for any Dispo manager to be able promote their properties ,create leads and receive offers. Plus they have a great community that gathers once week on Dispo day. A great source for getting tips and ideas to further your out reach.
Just had our review call with Daniel and safe to say we re-signed our subscription immediately. He showed us the new developments they have made and gave us some tweaks to make so our deals have the best chance of being sold through InvestorLift. Thank you Daniel and thank you InvestorLift Team!
Excellent product that over delivers. Upgraded to highest plan and have been moving deals the same day we go live on investor lift, site unseen with excellent cash buyers. No only that but we have been able to build great relationships with so many other buyers who were gunning for these deals but we didn’t end up going with this time around. That way next time we get a deal in the area, we can easily send it over to them and they know our deals move extremely fast. Highly recommended. David did an excellent job walking me through the upgrade and how my company would benefit
Daniel E and the entire IL team have been awesome to work with. We are a real estate business and use tons of different softwares which we are enterprise clients on. Out of all softwares we use and enterprise reps we work with, no one has been as great to work with as Daniel. He clearly shows he values us as clients and does everything we can to make sure we are getting value out of the product and subscription. I was informed that a property I own, that is not for sale was listed for sale on inerstorlift. The informer sent me the link and there was my property, listed! I called the number of the person who listed it, and he started telling stories and blaming others. I have been trying to contact investorlift and they are giving me canned responses. They won't call me even though I've requested it several times. They are getting the problem all mixed up and wrong. What this wholesaler (whoever it is) did is illegal. I have NO contract with anybody for my property to be sold by anyone. Not electronically, in person, by mail or otherwise. Investorlift claims they take things like this seriously, but they are doing NOTHING except sending me silly non-related emails and won't call me.
We had signed a contract of sale of real estate with a Mark Gabryel with Joe Home Buyer, (Claremore, OK) on 4/12/25. On the last day of their 14 day inspection clause, Mark texted and stated they would offer us 30K less than the original offer, due to all the unexpected costs they had to absorb. After trying to renegotiate a fairer offer, we asked for a notice of cancellation (dated 4/29/25). We were made aware after 4/29/25 that Mark had our house listed on Investorlist and that he was the owner. This was May 3rd, we were unaware that our house could be listed without our knowledge on a website for buyers. What kind of steps does Investorlift take to ensure that buyers/sellers are not taken advantage of ? We text Mark 5/3/25 and told him that it was listed on Investorlift, and that he had listed himself as the owner - he immediately deleted it and his response was "His team was doing prep work for after we closed on it. It has been addressed."
