After purchasing the plus plan found that it was insufficient and tried to upgrade but system tried to double charge.When asked for assistance they SAID it wouldn't charge me it would only shorten my current plan however in order to upgrade I HAD TO AGREE TO THE 199. CHARGE which is 146.13 MORE THAN THE ANNUAL PLAN FOR PREMIUM.so I have canceled account and will be seeking other services.You would think a company would WANT you to remain a customer but they are more into getting money anyway they can.Piss poor customer service.
