I tried canceling my subscription a week before my renewal and they say I didn't do it right. You would thing a quality company would see the cancelation. Instead they charged me for another year.
Will be leaving this app after around 5 years of use I was happy with it but sudden price rises and now capped at 10 invoices per month unless you subscribe to a premium plan at a much higher price is an absolute joke Looking forward to saying no thank you on renewal
wow what a mess, So you can only pay now ith a paypal business account WHICH i may add has an invoicing ability itsself!!! so why the hell would you then pay £19.99I am disgusted that greed has ruined this app a price increase is expected, But 19.99 is daylight robbery, such a shame but now not being able to pay via google pay
Decent app. Appalling new pricing structure. I’ve had an annual subscription for years. This year, midway through my subscription, they capped my invoices at 10 per month, prompting me to upgrade to premium for more money. This is happening to everyone clearly and unless they sort it out they’re about to lose all their long term customers.
