I have been with Invoice Simple for nearly 5 years Just recently in May 2025 I renewed my agreement with them for unlimited invoices for 12 months. However like the rest of the reviews here they decided to limit my invoices to 10 per month halfway through my subscription. The only way to continue is to upgrade and pay another £200 Very underhand and I will not continue to do business with them. This screams of a company desperately trying to raise cash and treating existing customers with absolute distain.Customer service repeatedly tell me that I can still use the service however, they sold me a train ticket to all train stations for 12 months after six months limited me to zone one when I work in zone six! This makes the company look desperate and will come back to bite them on the bum no doubt. your reply is as generic as your customer service answers you have acted almost criminally.
