I have been a customer of invoice simple now for multiple years and have never had an issue this has recently changed. I have a subscription that was set to end/renew in January of 2026 (current date September 2025). The contract for this subscription upon taking it out had no limitations to the amount of invoices you could make in a month. Since this the company/thieves have changed the conditions of the subscription being there is now a limitation of 10 invoices per month they have done this without prior approval from my self. I have asked for this limitation to be lifted or a full refund to be issued on the grounds invoice simple have breeched the terms of contract and are no longer going to honor the service paid for. They have refused and offered no solution other then saying an extra £199 to upgrade. Keep in mind this is mid way through a contract. Overall I am let down but the company and the way they conduct themselves. This is criminal and does not comply with UK law. There customer service stinks and pohla wasn’t any help at all in coming to an agreement to resolve the issue at hand. I will be seeking legal advice and also leaving feedback on every platform possible at every opportunity.
