The system change is really really bad.I must say that the system itself is okay and I had no problem with.The problems started when they started charging. First it was AUD $9.99/month a fair price. Endless invoices, estimates, whatever. Then it increased if you wanted to use pc and phone app. Then they doubled the price to $19.99 for only 10 invoices. And other problems started as well. You can only contact admin on a special login page BEFORE YOU LOG IN, NOT WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. Then the system does not recognize preexisting customers, unless you login and logout every single time. You cannot stay logged in. Then if you wrote HALF an invoice and want to delete it, it deletes the content but keeps the invoice with it's number and it counts towards your 10 invoices per month. Unless you edit it into a new invoice. Anything over 10 invoices is $29.99. And I haven't even tried payment through them. And I won't either.To me it seems that they are getting greedier by the month. Such a shame they started so well.And the customer service office just told me, that the technicians are working on making the system better for everyone. How can you get more expensive, yet your service is now totally shit.
