The software failed to meet my expectations regarding duplicate files. I requested a refund, which was processed quickly. I also purchased the uninstaller, but even after getting my money back, the program still sends me pop-up ads. It hasn't completely removed itself from my system. It feels like they're making light of the situation. I won't purchase anything from this group again.
