In 2022, their product damaged one of my hard drives during operation, and they dismissed my concerns. In 2023, another software damaged my installed applications. In 2024, they extended my subscription and charged me an extra 20 euros. In 2025, I purchased one-year licenses, but they deducted 140 days from my total. This will be the last time I purchase anything from them. Their unreliability and lack of concern are unacceptable; I would rather seek their products for free elsewhere!
