The service did not meet my expectations regarding duplicate files. I requested a refund, which they processed quickly. I also purchased the uninstaller, and after receiving my refund, I uninstalled it, yet the program still sends me pop-up advertisements. It hasn't fully removed itself from my computer. I find this quite frustrating. I will not be purchasing from this provider again.
