I have not yet received a credit to my original payment method and am still waiting for the confirmation email. On August 7, 2025, the support team confirmed that they received my return package and stated that the refund would be processed to my original payment method. They mentioned that refunds typically take 3–5 business days to show up, depending on my bank’s processing times. I look forward to receiving the email confirmation once the refund is finalized.
