After reading various reviews, I was concerned I might be getting scammed. However, it took exactly four weeks for my order to arrive. The site may have been overwhelmed with orders, and it seems the restock is coming from overseas. If I had known it would take this long, I would have been more patient. The product finally arrived today, and I see some improvements on the site regarding order processing.
I placed my order on May 17, 2025, and received a confirmation with a tracking number by May 22, 2025. As of June 2, 2025, I still hadn’t received anything. Customer service has been terrible, and it feels automated. I've reached out multiple times with no meaningful responses. I suspect this company is a scam. However, on June 16, I received tracking information indicating my order was in transit. I remain hopeful, but I will update once I receive the product.
