GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
When I first subscribed last year, IONITY was great, and I achieved 238kw regularly over the period of 12m, as my 800v car should. I had the displeasure of re-subscribing again this year, and both Fleet and Basingstoke are now completely sub-standard. Surprise - so is their customer service. Rude phone staff who talk to you as if you have never owned an EV before despite telling them I’d pre-conditioned my car etc. they still went on to just blame my vehicle, running their same old script, and email staff refuse to help you despite providing all the site and stall information etc upfront. I reported Basingstoke 3 weeks in a row and it remains unfixed. The last time I called the customer services line, the woman refused to help, put me on mute for 8mins, and when I refused to go away, then hung up on me. DISGUSTING.
