Took £80 after suspending my services due to non payment of services I had already cancelled. Spoke to Chris on the phone to try and sort it and cancel there and then, he said I couldn't until I had paid the £80, this was after I had paid the money after they threatened to take me to court. Spent 20 minutes on hold! - I had already cancelled these services and they use shallow excuses for having to call in to cancel. The excuse was "Customers have computers hacked", have they never heard of Authenticator Apps or is the barrier to cancellation intended! - I want the full refund we spoke about! - P.S - Chris you said on the call that you never have negative comments or reviews, you clearly have not seen the low ratings of the Genuine reviewers that were not paid to leave reviews!
UPDATE: They have completely closed my account so I can not log in to get details. They have stolen money off me and are now claiming I do not exist in there system. Well that's fine, I will start a charge back with my bank seeing as I do not exist as a customer.
