I'm not a fan of live chats, especially chat bots, but connecting to a real person with broad knowledge of the Ionos products was a very good experience. I spent over an hour with Joseph going through the options available. Excellent.

I spoke to an agent called Callum G.
He was helpful and extremely polite about the issue that i was facing trying to put in an admin email address. I’m sure he must speak to lots of people every day and to be able to remain patient with each of them is a great quality to have.
Callum advised me on a shop product and suggested one that would be useful for me to try out with my site (and i bought it). He was not pushy as some people can be, he simply went through the pros and cons so i could make an informed decision. I was impressed at the fact that he didn’t push me into buying the higher priced product but something that he thought would fit.
He was an absolute pleasure to speak to!

Team Representative I spoke with was a good listener, understood my issue, 100% professional and helpful.

Absolutely full marks here.

Only slight issue was the rather "clunky" robot I had to get past before being able to talk to a human. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

Had to arrange a few things with IONOS. I used their promotion last year to have a small website and domain for cheap. I also signed up for the storage drive (HiDrive), but knowing now my habit of always using my own external hard drives, I have never really used it. So, when renewal came up, I decided to cancel the HiDrive. Riel Salinas, an employee/customer service person, was very kind to cancel this particular product and offered me a much cheaper rate than the one on offer on the IONOS website for my website and domain renewal! So, I am all sorted for this coming year. IONOS Management/CEO, please reward your staff with a payrise. Without your staff, you would not have a business to begin with. Please give Riel a payrise as well. Thank you.
