Didn't even open the watch as I fixed the issue with my Samsung watch. Ionoswatch are based in China and it is almost impossible to get a return address. They said I had to pay the return postage and customs (??). It's my own fault for not reading all the reviews first. I bought based on a review on a website of smart watches.
