Disappointing watch performance and service

My watch, advertised as waterproof, stopped working after just 6 months. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that it wasn't actually waterproof and was offered a 50 percent discount on a different watch. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I had purchased the watch based on a misleading comparison that claimed it was high-quality, which turned out to be untrue. Additionally, the battery required recharging every two days, which is not useful at all. My recommendation: proceed with caution if considering a watch from this seller!

Disappointing experience with the watch

The watch is quite poor; it constantly loses Bluetooth connectivity. It inaccurately tracks sleep hours and steps. I could go on, but it's best to avoid this low-quality product from overseas that appears to have inflated reviews. 😡😡

Cancelled order fiasco
