Ordered my watch 14 May 2025, tried to cancel watch two hours later, they said it shipped, even although their own system showed it hadn’t been picked up even the next day. They have refused to refund, as off 6th July 2025 the order still has not been received - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISGRACE.
