The watch strap mount on the actual watch simply broke away. This after only 3 months of wear. They offered me a new strap - I repeated there was nothing wrong with the strap it was the watch case. They said they didn’t cover damage to the watch - I repeated it hadn’t been damaged, so they offered me 10% refund.Avoid at all costs
