Ok, I gave this watch an horrendous negative review and I need to update my experience in the interest of honesty. Firstly, the customer service is absolutely the worse on the planet.But, the watch is not so bad if you take some steps, which I have now done and this does correct the bad readings.1. Do a factory reset when you get the watch. I think my watch had been returned and had someone else's data in it.2. Make sure you do the latest software update.Before these changes the time was constantly slipping. The steps were wrong. The battery only lasted two days and my heart reading was 120 when it should be 75 ISH.After, all the readings were fairly correct. I've checked the steps on a count five times, they exactly. Heart rate correct. And the battery life is up to ten days.So, for now I'm using the watch and all is ok. They offered me 10% discount to keep it and I took the offer.I don't know if these measures will work for every watch, but they have worked for mine. I still think the calorie counter is under reading, but I live with that. 👍🏻
