They refused to take on board the watch wasn't tracking properly and kept losing connection. I requested refund and they kept sending me ways to try and fix it. Sending QR code for me to scan but I can't if it's on my phone. I asked why they couldn't just tell me if I can get a refund or not. They said after another few emails that it's my phone and it's too expensive to send back. Offered 5% refund but I had to agree the watch is of good quality. I refused as I can't accept it as the watch isn't working for me. 20 emails later 2 weeks from 1st reported issue. Even CEX and other exchange shops won't buy these watches .
