I ordered a watch & cancelled the order 20 minutes later (having read the reviews!), 4 hours before the order was even confirmed. I specifically said that it was not humanly possible to get an order sent out in 20 minutes & that I would be claiming a chargeback from the company under the circumstances. They make out they are in the UK by the email address, but there is no company registered by the name IONO at Companies House. I believe they are possibly based in Hong Kong. I have asked for their address. If anyone has it maybe they could put it on a review here? Not nice people to deal with.
