Don't touch this company with a barge pole. The watch looks fine but fails to perform even the most basic measurements with any degree accuracy.
Customer services are a total waste of space. As per other reviewers experiences there's a routine that they go through, offering up to a max of a 15% refund if you choose to keep the watch. As the watch isn't fit for purpose, I returned my watch at the end of January to get a full refund and I'm still waiting 2 months later. To be honest, if you've made the mistake of buying the watch, I'd recommend that you barter up to the max 15% refund and then throw the watch in the bin. Don't bother with the return as it costs you and you're not likely to ever receive your refund!
