This has been the worst service I've ever encountered. It feels like the staff is poorly trained, especially the representative who handled my calls, who was quite unprofessional. I dropped off my phone for repairs on 25th November 2025. Initially, the interaction with the representative was smooth, and he even called me the next day to explain the actual issue with the phone. I agreed to proceed with the £80 repair fee and was told it would be ready in two days. However, after three weeks, I received a call asking for the password, which was frustrating. The representative was rude and seemed disorganized, failing to recognize me even after our recent conversation. When I tried to provide the password over the phone, she insisted I email it instead. I eventually got through to her, but her attitude was still lacking. After several follow-ups, I was told the phone was being charged and would be ready soon. However, I continued to receive vague updates and no follow-up calls. Finally, on 19th January 2026, I went to pick up my phone, only to find out it couldn't be repaired after all. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would strongly advise against using this service. I even suggested to the staff member that he should seek work elsewhere, as this company seems to hinder professional growth.
