This has been the most disappointing service I have ever encountered. It seems the staff is completely unprepared, especially the representative handling calls, who was quite unprofessional. I dropped off my phone for repairs on 25th November 2025. The initial interaction was smooth, and I was informed about the actual issue with the phone. I agreed to the repair fee and was told it would be ready in two days. However, after three weeks, I received a call asking for the password, which was frustrating. The representative was rude and seemed unorganized, failing to recognize me even after our recent conversation. When I tried to provide the password over the phone, she insisted I email it instead. I eventually got through to her, but her attitude was still lacking. After several follow-ups, I was told the phone was being charged and would be ready soon. However, I continued to receive vague updates and no follow-up calls. Finally, on 19th January 2026, I went to pick up my phone, only to find out it couldn't be repaired after all. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would strongly advise against using this service. I even suggested to the staff member that he should seek work elsewhere, as this company seems to hinder professional growth.

I had a terrible experience on 19th November when I purchased a device. The website claimed it would arrive in five days, but as of today, 27th November, I still haven't received any updates.
