I had a terrible experience on 19th November when I purchased a device. The website claimed it would arrive in five days, but as of today, 27th November, I still haven't received any updates. My emails go unanswered, and their phone number isn't working. I'm at a loss for what to do, as the order status still shows as in process. It's incredibly frustrating. I recommend buying from other platforms instead.
