I encountered a scam when I received a faulty item and was asked to return it at my own expense. Thankfully, I opted for tracked delivery. However, they claimed to have received an empty envelope, leaving me to deal with the post office for a claim. This situation is absurd! I plan to report this to my bank and the postal service to expose their fraudulent activities.
