If it was possible to give this company ZERO stars I would. I was a customer of Fatcow, one of their acquisitions, for the past 30 years generally, and the past 7 years with my current business. I purchased google workspaces accounts and ran my entire business through workspaces and google emails etc.., and paid them every month for years. My company credit card was renewed, and I did not renew it in their system (my fault). They sent one email, and then DELETED every account on their system. This caused irreparable harm, loss of business, permanent loss of data, client reviews, and much more. It caused me to lose work and time to attempt to recover data loss. By chance I know someone at Google, otherwise I would still be tryong to reinstate my google business, my employees emails and much much more. There was still quite a lot that was never recovered. I had just opened another new user account the day prior, and there was no warning on my account and it allowed me to open the user account. I lost 8 user accounts, my entire google business page (!) and much more. On top of all that, they provided ZERO assistance to recover anything. They know that users are fully relying on these accounts to run their businesses but had no problem deleteing all of my entire accounts. Never use this company, under any circumstances.
