Don't believe the hype. These guy are not web developer firendly. They have always been terrible with customer service and enact policies that discourage design in real time.
I have been a web developer since 2003 and have been repeatedly disappointed with their platform.
I am launching a new business and used a service to create a website. After paying, I attempted to publish it but three months later, it remains unpublished. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it was not possible. I spent countless hours in chat trying to get my website operational. Additionally, I found that my existing website for my main business was not reflecting updates, and it took hours in chat to resolve that issue.
I have maintained a webmail address with this company for nearly two decades. Initially, it was under one name, then another, and now it's under a different provider. After the switch, I encountered numerous issues! While on vacation, my access was blocked. It turned out my username had been changed without any notification. I had to repeatedly change my password to regain access every time I was logged out, which occurred automatically every ten minutes. Eventually, I was completely locked out. A week later, I was charged for cloud storage, which I paid. Now, I’m locked out of my email with my account suspended, and customer support is telling me: 1) the account is active, just log in; 2) try various incognito methods to log in, although the account is supposedly fine; and 3) I need to pay an additional fee to access my email. This is the situation I find myself in, feeling completely misled.

I'm genuinely impressed by the quality of support offered. I'm excited to begin the year with a more organized and efficient online business experience.
