Had a disappointing experience with iPark. When I dropped my car, rude no verbal staff, took keys, no confirmation, no receipt. Then on picking up my car, couldn't get hold of anyone on the telephone number provided, eventually after 20 mins of trying someone answered took my reg plate, shouted where to pick up from and ended call. Then arrived with my car an hour later, my car had clearly been used as a food delivery car as the smell and mess in my car was revolting. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, there are far better parking options at Gatwick. DON'T USE THEM
