There was a delay when dropping off as no one was there to meet us, even though we'd phoned ahead. Collection was even worse, phone number to call went through to Voicemail multiple times and then told would be approx 45 min after calling the "drop off" number - definately wouldn't recommend, especially as could see car was only 3 miles away.
Just to let you know that on my way out to my trip I had to wait 20 -30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes from my phone call.
Going back its been already 1 hour and I have been told it will be another 30.
I purchased a valet service to have a valet.
It is late at night, I am alone and this is not what I paid for.
Staff has been not receptive to my disappointment.
I certainly will not use this service again and will discourage others.

Had a disappointing experience with iPark. When I dropped my car, rude no verbal staff, took keys, no confirmation, no receipt. Then on picking up my car, couldn't get hold of anyone on the telephone number provided, eventually after 20 mins of trying someone answered took my reg plate, shouted where to pick up from and ended call. Then arrived with my car an hour later, my car had clearly been used as a food delivery car as the smell and mess in my car was revolting. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, there are far better parking options at Gatwick. DON'T USE THEM
If I could give no stars I would. Very rude and unhelpful staff, told lie after lie about where our car was on waiting for it to be returned. Should have been with us at 11.30pm, they didn't return it until 00.45. Not what you want when jist wanting to get home at that time of night.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! These got by multiple different names: iPark Ltd, Park Lane meet and greet to name a couple. They are complete scammers! My partner booked the parking and didn’t think to look into the company properly (ie the ratings). We called them when we were 34 mins away for the airport, the bloke kept hanging up the phone and was rude. We called them multiple times and all they kept saying was that they were on the way, after an hour we called to say we’d leave the keys on the tyre as we didn’t want to miss our flight. They then said we needed to pay the fee for the car park as it’s not included, and they specified this was £5 each way and sent us someone’s personal bank details to pay it in to. At this point we knew something was up but couldn’t do anything about it. They then called again and asked where their money is but we’d already sent it before so I told them that he said “oh and what row is the car on” and then hung up again. On the way back we called them as soon as we landed, as instructed. And we had to wait 2 hours to get our car back and then had to pay another £8 as they haven’t paid for the car park like they said they other money for. Finally, the car has problems now. AVOID AT ALL COST!! SHOCKING COMPANY!! picked up the caran hour late then hidden charges! Didn't even bother picking up the phone when we got back was luck to see an employee who just dropped off a Car for someone who had been waiting for 2 hours. who then dropped me to my car in a new car he just picked up... Please people save yourself a lot of stress and AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
