DO NOT USE!We left our car with them via the comparison site. We were delayed coming home and I informed them of this. They told me there would be no extra charge as it was still the same day. We paid for meet and greet service so we could get straight off home after a long, delayed flight. I rang them as soon as we landed and hadn’t even got off the plane yet. They said it would be 40 minutes. They then rang me back and told me it was an extra £15 charge as they had not been informed of the delay and already brought our car to the airport and returned it that morning, This was a lie as we have a Tesla and could see the car had not moved.I had also informed them but the said the message had not been relayed. It then took them ages to meet us. I sent an email of complaint but it was just ignored. Hardly a meet and greet service. The comparison site want nothing to do with it either so I won’t use them again either.
