My flight was delayed by an hour so I called them to let them know. They said that was ok that would wait would be a bit longer.Arrived at Gatwick at 23:30 called them they said that would take an hour. The hour come and gone called them they said that would be another 30, then another 20, and so on eventually the car arrived after Hours wait in the freezing cold with my brother and my son 11 year old.After an 1:30 wait they said the battery was flat and they were waiting for the "recovery people" to arrive so they could recharge the battery. Called them about 20 times asking were the car was they were RUDE, and hanging up the phone on me. My brother had a dash cam in the car and they had the car for 4 days and data from 2 of those days are missing, they added 13 miles to the car and the and the passenger side was muddy. We got home at 4am were we had to miss a day of work and my son a day of school.Do Not use them
