Review Time
My flight was delayed by an hour so I called them to let them know. They said that was ok that would wait would be a bit longer.
Arrived at Gatwick at 23:30 called them they said that would take an hour. The hour come and gone called them they said that would be another 30, then another 20, and so on eventually the car arrived after Hours wait in the freezing cold with my brother and my son 11 year old.
After an 1:30 wait they said the battery was flat and they were waiting for the "recovery people" to arrive so they could recharge the battery. Called them about 20 times asking were the car was they were RUDE, and hanging up the phone on me. My brother had a dash cam in the car and they had the car for 4 days and data from 2 of those days are missing, they added 13 miles to the car and the and the passenger side was muddy. We got home at 4am were we had to miss a day of work and my son a day of school.
Do Not use them
If i could leave zero i would. 1.45mins later they dropped my car off as i went to find a police officer. They left my key on wheel hub after 8 calls to them and them putting phone on me. They then charged me £8 per way for car park fees despite an email stating included in fee. Dont use them, i thought car had been stolen i got as far as reporting to police! Store cars at best western hotel shame on you for allowing this arrangement!
Just to let you know that on my way out to my trip I had to wait 20 -30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes from my phone call.Going back its been already 1 hour and I have been told it will be another 30.I purchased a valet service to have a valet.It is late at night, I am alone and this is not what I paid for.Staff has been not receptive to my disappointment.I certainly will not use this service again and will discourage others.
This is not meet and greet … Firstly there is no desk to receive youYou will have to search a parking slot yourself - I lost 10 mins - what’s the point of meet and greet Secondly you will have to wait for 15-30 mins for your car depending on driver availability Finally you pay £20 extra for drop and pick up
These guys are criminal. Do not use. Not only an hour late but worse than that the car was clearly used for other things. Passenger seat covered in mud, they unplugged the dashcam, two marks outside the car. Just a dreadful and criminal company.

I would 100% avoid this company in the future to the point it has made me question the operation of the meet and greet services out of Gatwick Airport. Some facts about our experience that underpins my negative review and advice to avoid:DROP OFF- We called within the time suggested to organise pick up. They arrived 15 minutes late. PICK UP- We called upon landing (as advised). At first they didn’t recognise my number plate or name which concerned me. After getting over that worry they advised me that they would deliver the car in 45 mins. Seemed a good time to get through the terminal with my wife and two toung children. I called after 55mins to ask where they were and was advised by a very rude chap on the end of the phone that they were busy and it would be a further 25 mins. After an additional 30 mins I called this chap who would not let me know his name stepped up his rudeness telling me it was my problem that my family were waiting in the cold (I mean we are just doing as we have been advised) when I asked whether he could manage my expectations with an approx time again utter rudeness. It is obvious this chap has no training in customer service less any common decency. Car finally arrived a further 20 mins later. - upon handover of the car you are asked to sign a waiver in respect of car condition on time service etc. I refused to sign this instead making a note that my signature is by duress. - inspecting the car my DashCam had been unplugged. Now why would they do this? What right do they have to do this? Wha possible reasonable justification could they give to doing this unless they are trying to hide something. I don’t believe they would be brazen enough to do anything dodgy with my car but why do they feel the need to hide? I leave that to you to work this out. - Additional point we were waiting along with a further 3 families seemingly going through the same experience as us. One family in particular pointing out that there fuel seemed lower than expected. One common theme though was the utter rudeness of the chap at the end of the phone who seemed more up for a fight with his customers than to offer any genuine empathy or ownership of the situation. In summary this company are concerning and have certainly made me want to look at more reputable companies perhaps with proper affiliation to the airport or a professional body. Be careful!
Please do not use this company!Staff totally unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!On both occasions (drop off and collection) we were kept waiting around for almost an hour for a staff member to arrive to commence the vehicle hand over/return. No apologies whatsoever given for the delays.A strong cigarette odour was present when we were handed the vehicle back and evidence of cigarette ash was present around the dashboard and drivers side door arm rest area! I attempted to express my displeasure to the operative but he had left the scene and disappeared somewhere in the car park never to be seen again! I have sent an email of complaint to the company but from reading other customer reviews the chances of an apology or refund seem very slim!I am also sending my email of complaint to Trading standards as companies such should not be allowed to continually fleece the public!
