I would 100% avoid this company in the future to the point it has made me question the operation of the meet and greet services out of Gatwick Airport. Some facts about our experience that underpins my negative review and advice to avoid:DROP OFF- We called within the time suggested to organise pick up. They arrived 15 minutes late. PICK UP- We called upon landing (as advised). At first they didn’t recognise my number plate or name which concerned me. After getting over that worry they advised me that they would deliver the car in 45 mins. Seemed a good time to get through the terminal with my wife and two toung children. I called after 55mins to ask where they were and was advised by a very rude chap on the end of the phone that they were busy and it would be a further 25 mins. After an additional 30 mins I called this chap who would not let me know his name stepped up his rudeness telling me it was my problem that my family were waiting in the cold (I mean we are just doing as we have been advised) when I asked whether he could manage my expectations with an approx time again utter rudeness. It is obvious this chap has no training in customer service less any common decency. Car finally arrived a further 20 mins later. - upon handover of the car you are asked to sign a waiver in respect of car condition on time service etc. I refused to sign this instead making a note that my signature is by duress. - inspecting the car my DashCam had been unplugged. Now why would they do this? What right do they have to do this? Wha possible reasonable justification could they give to doing this unless they are trying to hide something. I don’t believe they would be brazen enough to do anything dodgy with my car but why do they feel the need to hide? I leave that to you to work this out. - Additional point we were waiting along with a further 3 families seemingly going through the same experience as us. One family in particular pointing out that there fuel seemed lower than expected. One common theme though was the utter rudeness of the chap at the end of the phone who seemed more up for a fight with his customers than to offer any genuine empathy or ownership of the situation. In summary this company are concerning and have certainly made me want to look at more reputable companies perhaps with proper affiliation to the airport or a professional body. Be careful!
