I tried to use the services of this company to fund a policy through Zensurance .All info for the monthly payments was submitted through their online portal. The portal accepted all of the payment details at that time. All should have been fine. A few days went by and after checking my bank account ,noticed that payments had not been withdrawn.No one at PFS made any attempt to contact me about this issue. I contacted the broker(Zensurance) and was told the banking info was wrong. All info submitted was correct.I then sent a photo of a void cheque of the account to be used as confirmation of the bank details as submitted. Another couple of days went by . I received at text from an employee at Zen confirming the details were good and all would be fine. Not so fast. Moments ago I received an email from Imperial PFS informing me that my contract has been rescinded Mar 24/23. This company has a ZERO rating for customer service in my opinion.I would advise potential customers to find alternative solutions
