I never leave reviews. Wish I would have read the reviews before working with them. If I could give the company 0 stars I would. I cancelled my policy back in October of 2025, and just now received something in the mail stating I would have to owe a payment to cancel on January 2026. The agreement I previously signed stated that I would not have to pay any additional fees for cancellation. Everyone who works there is extremely rude on the phone! They don't try to help you. Condescending tone of voice. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I feel scammed out of my money.

NO STARS! This insurance company demanded extremely high payments upfront. Rigid. Now that my policy was cancelled in March 25, its now August, and IPFS has NOT refunded my $4000+. They are giving both me, their customer, and my local agent, the BS runaround. IPFS says each and every time, they have mailed me the check. They must train their operators to say these things. In other words, calling them is a waste of time. Seriously I believe they hope I will fade off into the distance, and IPFS keep my $4000. After I cancelled, IPFS continued billing me for months. I expressed my concern to my local agent because I am worried they will try to deduct from my refund on my policy. WARNING: AVOID IPFS - they're scum.
I initially wrote an emotional paragraph naming the very difficult representative I spoke with at IPFS in regard to a business insurance policy. I did not know the policy was financed out of office through PPIB Brokers. The incurring, excessive, and unethical amount of fees on this financed insurance policy on top of initial interest, fees, and monthly payment contract are hard to stomach. I paid almost double what the initial monthly payment was supposed to be in fees, not policy payment. I financed because it has been a tough year financially, and I ended up in a worse situation using this company. I would advise you to consider a loan from your bank, credit card, or anything else above financing through this company. You will pay many more non-listed fees every month.
